what you need
- A tablespoon of ground ginger
- A tablespoon of stevia (optional)
- Half a tablespoon of Cayenne pepper
- Five tablespoons of lemon juice
- one liter of water
- A tablespoon of Turmeric powder
Preparation
Bring the water to a boil
cool for five minutes
add all ingredients to a jug and pour in the water
Drink at noon
